The most Chinese meatballs made by hand in one minute is 126 and was achieved by Liang Xiaole (China) on the set of Lo Show dei Record in Rome, Italy, on 21 March 2012.
Liang Xiaole was the previous record holder for this category and is a professional chef. He makes the meatballs at speed by squeezing the pre-prepared meat through his fingers, shaping them into individual balls.
